Tim was born in Brest, France and educated at Kings College Wimbledon and Cambridge (MA History). Tim has worked at Merrill Lynch, London and Stonehage Fleming Family and Partners (London and Switzerland) where he was responsible for equity and fixed income fund research. Tim qualified as a Certified Financial Analyst Charter Holder in 2014 and co-founded KDT Investment Advisors in 2015.

Tim is responsible for portfolio management and investment research. He also writes the quarterly newsletter.

Peter joined London’s Merrill Lynch International Wealth Management division in 2010.  Starting as an Administrative Assistant, he was soon promoted to a full Client Service Officer role trading securities and servicing the diverse needs of high net worth clients.  In 2013, J Safra Sarasin recruited Peter as an Executive Director and by 2017, Peter was responsible for the management of over 40 private clients supervising investments in excess of $150million.  In 2018 Peter co-founded KDT Advisors LLC with his uncle Roger in New York.

Hevin Sanmukhiya graduated with a BSc (Hons) Economics and Finance from the University of Mauritius in 2013 and holds a Bac +5 in DU CFA (Diplôme Universitaire Chartered Financial Analyst) from the Paris Dauphine University (France).  He is currently a CFA Level III candidate. Hevin started his career in the global business sector in Mauritius as a Junior Company and Trust Administrator and joined the KDT Treasury and Trading Team in June 2017  and was promoted to the KDT Investment Committee in May 2018.

Ravishka Ramautar joined KDT Investment Advisors in January 2018 and provides administrative and client support to the team.

Working together with the CIO, Ravishka manages and prepares compliance reviews and liaising with our management company and custodian banks. Ravishka graduated in 2018 with a degree in Management and Business Information from the University of Mauritius and graduated in 2019 with a diploma with the International Compliance Association.

David graduated in 2001 with a BA (Honours) degree in graphic design from the Surrey Institute of Art. In 2006 David accepted an offer from Merrill Lynch to work exclusively for three separate International banking teams to help support and develop their expanding UK Private Wealth initiative. In 2010 David and his brother successfully launched Fattal Capital Ltd. to manage and acquire a select portfolio of commercial and residential UK properties in London and south-east England. In 2019 David was appointed Executive Director with special responsibility for VIP clients.

Malcolm Irvine was born and educated in Harare, Zimbabwe and completed his BComm (Accounting) at the University of Natal (Pietermaritzberg). Malcolm qualified as an Australian CPA and Senior Auditor with Deloittes (Brisbane). Over a 30 year career, Malcolm has specialised in the establishment and management of accounting and administration systems for small business. He brings this wide experience to KDT as an External Consultant.
